Yes, Lindsay Lohan is back in the hands of the justice system.
According to reports, Lindsay hit a pedestrian with her car and drove away from the scene and was arrested as a result for fleeing the scene of an accident. If you know Lindsay, then you could easily predict what her argument in being accused and being arrested as a hit and run driver… it’s all suspicious, some evil force is out to me, our words, but close to what Lindsay would say, but Lindsay did essentially deny hitting anyone. It’s said that while pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC while travelling slowly this is where it’s being said that Lindsay’s fly ride hit the knee of a 30 year old man.
After walking into a hotel not noticing anything, Lindsay was arrested by officers when she exited the hotel. As she was being taken away in handcuffs, like a little child Lindsay screamed… ”Call my dad! Call my dad!” Lindsay was taken to a police station to conduct all the common procedures Lindsay can do in her sleep. She was later released with a desk appearance ticket. And if you were wondering if Lindsay was drinking at the time she allegedly hit the unknown man who is now said to be in the hospital, she was not. One thing good for Lindsay is that the man did not have visible injuries, but the bad thing for Lindsay is, this latest accident may just violate her probation. Why does she not just get a driver, and focus on her career.
