Usher really thinks he is something special, but the cast of The Voice is making him feel real quick that he is no different than them. Usher is on The Voice as a temporary mentor for the contestants, and the show has been killing in the ratings without Usher, but don’t tell this to the failing pop singer, Usher reportedly jumped in the mix of things and acted like the show needs him to survive, reportedly with his attitude of he run tings persona.

His personality just isn’t vibing with the other judges! I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s just that “superstar” mentality of his, but he came on the set and immediately took over.
He acts like he runs things and as far as I know, he’s just a temporary cast member.
