An Australian filmmaker, Justin Sisely, is looking at possible charges of sex trafficking in his part in selling the virginity of 20 year old Brazilian-Catarina Migliorini, and its not because of Migliorini’s age why Sisely maybe charged, it’s strictly the act of sex trafficking.
Migliorini used the Virgin Wanted website to promote her will to offer her virginity to the man with the highest bid- and the winner turned out to be an unknown Japanese man, who has days to take Migliorini’s virginity since winning the bid. Knowing the risk of legal prosecution, the people organizing the act behind the scenes are looking for Migliorini and the unknown Japanese man to have sex on a plane between Australia and the U.S. in a bid to avoid prostitution laws. Will it work, who knows, surely the government will discredit the pairs attempt to avoid the law and see this as a route for underworld crimes to engage in and see as a pass.
Here is what a Brazil attorney general had to say of the 20 year old Migliorini selling her virginity and film-maker Sisely’s involvement:
Joao Pedro de Saboia Bandeira de Mello Filho demanded an investigation of Sisely and Migliorini’s actions, claiming that the auction amounted to “people trafficking.
What you think, is this apart of invasion of a person’s right to freedom, or does the government have every right to step in ?
