Well, according to reports Nicki Minaj’s Pepsi deal is blocking Idol contract from going through. You see, Pepsi sponsors Nicki’s tour but Idol is sponsored by Coca-Cola, so this is a conflicting issue for Idol in getting Nicki’s contract completed. Brain-storming on a way to work around the issue is in progress, and we can bet Idol people are working hard to get things sorted out, because Mariah doesn’t want Nicki on the show and surely news has reached Nicki, so it can only be assumed that Nicki is steamed about Mariah trying to block her rising.
