Things are not looking good for NFL player Chad Ochocinco Johnson.
According to gossip website TMZ, reality show star and socialite Evelyn Lozada has filed divorce papers and as news surfaced that a divorce is on the way, Chad says he loves Evelyn to death. And boy does he ever, Chad head butted Evelyn allegedly during a heated argument over the weekend causing Evelyn to run to the neighbors for help.
Reports are that Evelyn has since filed divorce papers in Florida stating that her marriage is irretrievably broken. Evelyn and Chad’s marriage could not even last for one month… just another sign which displays the spontaneous reaction by celebrities on even the most important, sacred act in life. After head-butting Evelyn, Chad reportedly shouted that he didn’t care about his NFL career and just didn’t care over-all about anything. Chad has since been fired by the Miami Dolphins. Being arrested, Evelyn filing for divorce and being fired by the Miami Dolphins along with his career being in crisis mode, Chad has seemingly surfaced back to reality and released this statement amid his domestic violent altercation with Evelyn:
I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL. To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.
Chad Ochocinco Johnson saying that he loves his wife to death after allegedly laying a beating on her just sounds like the typical controlling, man-beater. And just when you thought that was all, a woman who claims to have Googled Chad says she had an affair with the NFL player while he was engaged. If true, Chad having an affair would not be a surprising thing. In an earlier post, Evelyn expressed Chad’s confession to her of the temptation on the road and in his life with many females always gathering around him and reportedly said that there is a chance he may slip up.
The 30 year-old Boston woman, Beverly Shiner claims to have had an affair with Chad for four months during his engagement to Evelyn, and knew she was in something soo wrong and explains Chad’s explanation for his actions in having an affair with her, here is what Shiner had to say of how she met Chad:
“I Googled him before we met and saw he was engaged, but at the time there were reports that she had broken it off because she thought he was cheating, so I assumed they had split up…While I was there he called Evelyn and asked if she could order a pizza to be delivered for him, and even had her pay for it on her credit card…I thought it was odd and wondered if she was really his fiancee or just a secretary.”

When he was at the Super Bowl (on February 5) in Indianapolis, he was texting me and saying he missed me…It wasnt just a one night thing, he always said he wanted to move in with me, and said if he had Id be pregnant by then. He kept asking if I wanted to have more kids….Once, when I was at his house, I asked what would happen if Evelyn walked in right now, and he said she wouldnt care…..He said, ‘Im not doing anything different than what every other man is doing,’ he thinks it is fine to cheat. I feel he was completely disrespectful and he led me on.
Suspecting that Chad is not a trusting man, Evelyn still went ahead and married him, fully knowing the temptation before her NFL husband’s face and his lack of strength to resist. Money, it is truly the route of all evil which makes you over-look things. Only the strong and grounded can withstand the evil of money. We know it was fake from the start in no genuine love existing between Chad and Evelyn, but seeing her come to the realization that happiness is more important over money, Evelyn filing for divorce after being beaten up by her man deserves some applause.
