According to sources, M.I.A will have to pay any fines injected onto NBC for her pop-up middle finger pointing. It appears that the NFL has now instilled a clear agreement with the performers at the biggest show of the year making artist accountable for their outrageous, unacceptable acts to get attention.
And surely, with a move like this by the NFL holding performers at the Super Bowl accountable for their actions, this will cause entertainers to think twice before they engage in inappropriate behaviors. Time will tell if M.I.A. will be punished financially for her Super Bowl middle finger sticking.
