There are many reasons why we shouldn’t get involved in a one night stand, one is self-respect but the number one reason is risking our lives on many levels, and Josh Nock can now tell his story of why one night stands are bad. After Nock met 28 year old Emily Goode at a pub, and accepted her invite back to her place that same night where they waisted no time in getting down to business, he quickly found out how bad of a decision that was. After they undressed, Goode lightly ran a six-inch kitchen knife on his chest. Any man would be terrified in this situation and realizing this, Goode said to Nock:
“It turns me on. Trust me — I won’t hurt you.”
Here is where it gets really strange, the woman then told Nock to get away from her and proceeded to stabbing him twice in the back. What would a man do in such a situation, run right ? Well, that is just what Nock did, and did he ever run right for the door to exit but only to find out that Goode had locked the door. Nock however managed to flee Goode’s place by climbing out of a rear window. After reporting the incident to police and upon some investigating, it was determined that the woman, Goode was under the influence of alcohol and cocaine at the time of her assault on Nock, which added to her psychiatric problem. Yes, psychiatric problem. As a result of her assault on Nock and attacking an police officer later, Goode was sentenced to 2 years and 5 months in prison.
