There is no secret about Lil Kim’s plastic looking face, its right before us and she has not denied going under the knife. Why Lil Kim went under the knife to begin with, we don’t know but the woman just cannot stop with all the plastic surgeries. She is clearly addicted and vain about her appearance. Kim performed at the LA Pride 2012 in West Hollywood last weekend and boy does her face appear increasingly different and worse.
Here is what celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Garo Kassabian had to say about Lil Kim’s seemingly new face-lift:
“Overall, this an example of plastic surgery gone bad.”
And he continues:
“It looks like she had a brow lift from top to bottom, leaving her brows looking uneven and also a nostril reduction.”
And remember those huge lips on Kim, which we don’t see now, well, here is what the doctor is saying might have occured:
“It looks like her lips are thinner than before. It’s possible that she had a lip reduction performed.”
We have to be honest, Lil Kim has gone from pretty to scary looking.
