Once again Tameka Raymond has lost and Usher is smiling. Since losing primary custody to Usher, Tameka has been complaining saying that Usher winning primary custody of the two boys they bread together was only granted to him due to his lawyer’s connection to the judge where campaign donations for re-election were provided. Well, Tameka’s appeal has been denied by the judge and how the decision came about was a reasonable one.
Reports are that the deciding judge’s decision on hearing Tameka’s appeal was denied due to the thought that if Tameka had concerns of the presiding judge making a decision in favour of Usher due to his lawyer’s connection with that judge, Tameka and her lawyers should have made their concern known before the trial took place.
Despite Tameka’s appeal being turned down, Tameka is not giving up and is said to be preparing another appeal. Man, this woman just doesn’t want to work. With a granted appeal and things being over-turned in Tameka’s favour, Usher will no doubt have to pay Tameka child support, which would mean a windfall of cash coming in for Tameka- allowing her the ability to not have to work.
