Yes, with his child custody war win, Usher has never had a better start to the week-end. After weeks of sitting in court, listening to his ex-wife, Tameka Foster Raymond cry in telling her story in why she is the better sole guardian for their children, the child custody battle between Raymond vs Raymond appeared dim in a successful outright victory for Usher but here you have it. Usher wins primary custody of the two children he bread with the outspoken- attention-seeking Tameka Foster Raymond.
We must say that this is surprising as all appeared to be in Tameka’s court. Tameka appeared to underestimate the power of the judge who clearly cut through all the crying and bull-crap-getting to the route of the issue and arriving to a ground that is reasonable that would not only provide a stable environment for the kids but eliminates or minimize any future arguments between Usher and Tameka.
With piles of money and a notable status, a decision favouring Usher as the primary parent was already in his hands before Tameka knew what was going on and reportedly, Usher made the victory call to Tameka leaving her in disbelief. Tameka losing primary custody and hearing it from Usher before the judge even spoke no doubt is like a thumb to the chest. Usher assumingly pissed at all the drama surrounding the child custody war and Tameka’s antics, reportedly ended his call in notice of his win to Tameka in saying this, I hate you.
After the judge granted Usher primary custody of his two boys, he called Tameka saying this and which she allegedly recorded:
“How does it feel to have lost your kids? Your son is dead, and now you have lost the boys too.” He continued: “I will let them know that [they] used to have a mother.” She responded, “How do you know I lost? His response, Why do you think I hired John?” “I hate you!”
And that’s not the only bad thing for Tameka, she will have to move out of the mansion she has been living in with her children provided by Usher. Tameka losing primary custody of her two children means Usher can go ahead and sell the mansion now. Of course Usher getting primary custody doesn’t mean that Tameka will never see her children again, but losing sole custody of her children means that she will not have them around her as much but rather on agreed visitation, and she can count on seeing her monthly income dwindle and privileges diminish as she now becomes an average joe. Seeing the situation and believing it for what it is, Tameka released this on Twitter:
Money can buy many things…But in the end. Truth and goodness will previal. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm.
You kinda got to feel sorry for Tameka, but lets face it, she got into a relationship with Usher for specific reasons we assume had nothing to do with love but rather sexual tension, affection, financial gain, and celebrity status, and when your out of touch with reality and act on greed, you get burned in the end.
