You see, according to reports, Usher’s lawyer’s law firm is a big supporter of the judge who presided over the trial, going so far in throwing an election fundraiser back in 2008 for the judge, so with this surfacing news, Tameka filing an appeal is based on her belief the judge’s ruling in favour of Usher gaining full custody of their two boys was a biased decision in back-door favours being exchanged.

And really, can a made decision be over-ruled after all has been decided due to a legal team failing to do proper home-work which caused them to lose a case.
