The Hip Hop Awards community stood up for what it’s known for, violence. A fight between Young Jeezy and Rick Ross at the Hip Hop Awards reportedly became so entangled that BET’s security personnel and the respective bodyguards of the two rappers had to get involve by getting between them.
After Young Jeezy and Rick Ross began pushing each other(allegedly) while reportedly exchanging words with one another, security burst into action to part the two. The brawl between Young Jeezy and Rick Ross didn’t end where it was put to a halt by security. According to sources close to the scene, shots were fired in the parking lot by one of Rick Ross’ associate. It’s not clear as to who the shots were fired at. And despite some claiming that there were no shots fired, The Jasmine Brand who attended the 2012 Hip Hop Awards, confirms there were indeed gun shots fired outside and that Atlanta police arrived on scene, arresting an unknown man for possession of an firearm.
